Take a seat, look around and immerse yourself in a morning of art and nature. This workshop will provide the inspiration in your choice of the artist's garden, full of flowers, foliage, winding paths, waddling ducks and miniature chickens. Or from another natural location of your choice. Michelle will guide you through a session of drawing nature from life. Charcoal, graphite or a splash of colour with watercolour or gouache. Working with your materials of choice, you'll learn how to construct a quick sketch, working through to a finished considered work. Whether you prefer a realism approach or a loose abstracted style, you will learn how to get the most from your drawing by learning how to 'see' the world around you. This class is suitable for the beginner or experienced artist, your personal tuition will be tailored to the skills of each student.
